Ahi Cast Nets Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty: AHI warrants to the original retail purchaser that AHI cast nets are free from defect in material or workmanship at time of purchase. AHI USA will replace free of charge any cast net found to be defective upon initial unboxing, prior to immersion in water. If you found your cast net to be defective please contact us at once to get a return authorization number before returning the product to us.

Notice: Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on any products, product damage due to carelessness or improper usage is not covered by our warranty. Snags, rips and tears may occur during use and is not covered under warranty. Netting holes can be mended using standard monofilament fishing line to allow you to continue using your cast net.

After 30 days of ownership, the purchaser is responsible for shipping charges to and from Ahi’s facility in Gardena, CA. To file a claim contact us for a Return Authorization number. Shipping is not covered for warranties outside of the US.

All Warranty requests must be accompanied by a dated sales receipt, your name, address, telephone number, email address, and a brief description of the issues related to your warranty request.

Promar and Ahi Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty: Promar and Ahi warrants to the original retail purchaser (with original purchase receipt) that Promar and Ahi products are free from defect in material or workmanship  from the factory for a period of one year from date of purchase. Promar and Ahi will fix or replace qualifying items that break during the warranty period.
