Very Handy Tool on Party Boats

When I'm fishing the party boat's and fishing live bait, i like to take this with me to take extra special care of the bait before I hook them on. The less my hands touch my bait, the less likely my hands damage them. Also makes it easier for me to scoop it out of the wells. Better care of the bait = better presentation = more hook ups.
